Quality Control Technician I

The Quality Control Technician I under minimal supervision performs all responsibilities as a multi-skilled individual in an empowered work team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs audits of process and finished goods. Communicate all deviations.
• Any other projects or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
• Performs package inspection for quality specifications.
• Maintains qualification on test methods.
• Performs all work with adherence to safety procedures.
• Measures the parameters of the product interpreting and ensuring conformance to the specification limits.
• Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives.
• Assists in process monitoring, identifying, and recording any product quality problems.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

• 0 to 2 years of related relevant work experience is required.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Superior attention to detail.

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
