Quality Control Clerk Jobs

Act as liaison between the Enrollment & Placement Manager and other department heads.

Audit Student Records documents to ensure they meet data integrity requirements. Maintain data integrity logs.

Report errors to Student Records Manager and make corrections, as needed.

Provide documents to Finance Department for student pay, allotments, separations, etc. and update collected/uncollected pay as appropriate in CIS.

Maintain, update, and file all active and separated student records in accordance with directives. Other job duties as assigned.

Follow all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensure no manipulation of data

-Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

-Compile Weekly reports for management meetings.

Organize documents and ensure documents are physically and electronically filed and retained per company procedures and requirements.

Manage Document Reviews including the receipt and incorporation of commentsand resend for review.

-Manage and track actions on an Action Item list and inform Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist of pending matters.

-Data organization and storage knowledge

Attention to detail both in communications and monitoring requirements for production systems.

Maintain an exceptional level of service and adhere to contractual customer performance requirement.

Provide technical support regarding our products to our customers experiencing usage or performance-based issues

Determine the cause of the problem.

Log and track calls and maintain history records and related problem documentation.

Collaborate with development, deployment, and field support teams to insure proper issue resolution and customer service.

In performance of other duties, communicates with a computer through a terminal for information retrieval and data entry.

Demonstrated experience in office procedures and related clerical duties.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Answers phones and takes messages.

Maintains moderately complex indexes and files.

Types correspondence, reports and other materials as required.

• Manage state customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or vast experience in related field.

• At least 15 years of quality/manufacturing experience.

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.

• Knowledge of quality assurance standards.

• Identify potential state customers (companies) and maximize sales opportunities.

Works closely with department manager and QA to support batch release activities while ensuring investigations comply with quality system requirements.

5-8 years of strong working knowledge of GMP requirements.

Ensures the departments stays in compliance (manages extensions when needed)

Actively participates in regulatory, client and internal audits by compiling and providing information to department manager.

Bachelors Degree in related field with relevant industrial experience in pharmaceutical practices.

Experience in top-tier biopharmaceutical environment

Good typing and computer skills

Coordinate utility requests with utility providers through phone, email, fax, and online

Monitor automated internal utility processing software

Input data from bills into company software

Recognize and research abnormalities within bills

2 years hospital work experience as a medical secretary or a unit secretary, including one year operations control clerk experience required.

Office skills, which include knowledge and operational use of, automated systems, and pneumatic tube system.

O.R. certified tech experience and experience in an acute care facility preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to maintain emotional controls and functions in a very high activity area and under stress during emergent and non-emergent situations.

Have a working knowledge of Risk Management Systems, ISO 9001, AS 9100D with practical application experience

Must have 2 years of documented management or leadership experience.

Escalate issues to Quality Program Manager

Must have 8 years of directly related experience.

Knowledge of microbiological techniques and experience with tissue culture, sterility or bioburden are preferred.

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Microbiology or Biological Sciences with 3-5 years of experience.

Prior Quality Control experience desirable.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills are crucial.

Visual Evaluation of vials, syringes, plates, bottles and canisters.

Setup and breakdown of equipment.

· Assist in reviewing purchase documents to insure compliance with quality control requirements.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

Expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.

General Purpose of the Position

· Inspect to contract specifications the quality of concrete mix designs, construction submittals, testing procedures, etc.

Leads project-wide system audits, as directed by a more senior Quality Assurance Specialist or Program Manager.

Maintain laboratory data in an orderly manner in laboratory notebooks, worksheets and documents.

Re-validate microbiological methods. Author technical reports for analytical methods improvement.

Conduct Analysis in compliance with cGMP requirements, compendia standards, and Saptalis SOPs.

Knowledge of cGxP, FDA and GMP regulations, Quality Control Laboratory Instruments.

Experience in handling liquid and semi-solid formulations (solutions, suspensions, creams, ointments etc.) is preferable.

Maintain accurate record of analysis and perform documentation to company standards.

Prepare test solutions, volumetric solutions, and samples used in analysis.

Ability to work independently as well as in team environment.
