Strong Project Management experience (progress tracking and reporting skills, with a willingness to improve processes and enhance controls).

3-6 years of Investment Banking experience (Capital Markets and/or Asset Management)

Understanding of the Trade Lifecycle, Cash Management and Corporate Actions across products.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience using Alteryx and Tableau would mark out a potential candidate.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and drive low level change.

Previous experience working with healthcare providers or in a healthcare setting with knowledge of basic medical workflows

Manage the onboarding of multiple practices at once, managing change and client expectations effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, love working with and teaching people

Startup experience (preferably early-stage) to demonstrate that you can thrive in our fast-paced environment and prioritize high impact activities

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent working experience

Minimum of 1 year of health care related experience (contracting/legal/compliance)

Basic Health plan operations and/or provider operations experience preferred

Health plan negotiation experience preferred

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - able to communicate information efficiently to providers

Communicate regularly with the onboarding team, customer success managers and account executives to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience.

Experience in the restaurant industry or SaaS is preferred.

Experience customer success, support or onboarding.

Set our customers up for success by supporting them with onboarding and the launch of new services and products.

Assist customers with reviewing and building menus for their restaurants and digital storefronts.

Deliver high-quality product support, adhering to processes to minimize mistakes to guarantee implementation success.

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a healthcare setting

Experience with athena products and services preferred

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Assess client needs and share best practice workflows and related documents to the client during the workflow development process

Collaboratively plan and execute on client training programs using existing tools and training processes

Attend and support client Go-Live activities including onsite engagements
