Job Description

This is an Associate position in IMOS Strategic Change, Third Party Onboarding Team based in London. The successful candidate will work with clients and, primarily, the client’s Third Party service providers, other project teams and technology partners to ensure the successful onboarding of the client’s service provider network to our new strategic Middle Office platform.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with product, operations, reference data, testing and technology partners to define the high level scope, future third party model and onboarding plan.
  • Establish dashboards and metrics, demonstrating progress and high quality of support to clients and senior management with clear and consistent statistics and commentary.
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing and managing third party relationships and driving third party change throughout onboarding and migration process.
  • Support the successful and timely on-boarding of our clients third party service providers onto the new IMOS strategic infrastructure.
  • Support internal change to ensure we are creating a diverse high performing team with an ethos of continuous learning and development.
  • Execute the Third Parties onboarding and migration plan including; outreach to third parties, confirming target state connectivity, connectivity execution and testing, preparation for migration and, finally, migration on the IMOS strategic infrastructure.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and drive low level change.
  • Subject matter expertise of third-party SWIFT messaging.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in an office based team and virtually across multiple locations.
  • Strong Project Management experience (progress tracking and reporting skills, with a willingness to improve processes and enhance controls).
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients, third-party service providers and partner with other project teams during the planning, onboarding and migration process.
  • Experience using Alteryx and Tableau would mark out a potential candidate.
  • Understanding of the Trade Lifecycle, Cash Management and Corporate Actions across products.
  • Good problem solving skills to identify, understand and address third-party messaging and connectivity issues, for example overcoming non-market standards.
  • Ability to manipulate and present data in an attractive and concise manner.
  • 3-6 years of Investment Banking experience (Capital Markets and/or Asset Management)
