Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry’s, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. Here is a peek into how it works


The Otter team is seeking a sharp, highly motivated individual to help us launch a new POS service across the US.

What you’ll do


  • Set our customers up for success by supporting them with onboarding and the launch of new services and products.
  • Communicate regularly with the onboarding team, customer success managers and account executives to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience.
  • Collect product and process feedback and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality product support, adhering to processes to minimize mistakes to guarantee implementation success.
  • Assist customers with reviewing and building menus for their restaurants and digital storefronts.
  • Assist with quality assurance for menu creation with a high level of detail and speed.


What we’re looking for


  • Process Builder: scale in mind, logical, system-oriented.
  • Exposure to start-up work environments.
  • Customer Obsessed: empathetic, clear communication, community builder.
  • Experience customer success, support or onboarding.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or SaaS is preferred.

This role is based in our downtown Los Angeles office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week..
