10-plus years of overall cost accounting experience with a minimum of four years as Financial Manager or equivalent position

8+ years of SaaS Corporate FP&A, Investment Banking, or related experience

Strong working knowledge of financial statements (P&L, BS, CF)

5+ year’s relevant Finance planning/analysis experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, or related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.

2+ years’ experience leading/developing a team is preferred.

Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Hybris, Power BI to understand and visualize Ecommerce and Retail KPI and business performance.

Confidence to build credibility quickly with stakeholders within and outside of the Finance function.

Strong business and financial acumen. Proven ability to think creatively with strong problem-solving skills.

Lead management reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, business trends and performance vs plan

Draw concise conclusions from complex data and present results to management

Collaborate with HR and Accounting in order to manage headcount planning, change management, and forecasting

Industry experience and knowledge of accounting concepts

Manage the annual budget processes, including developing key assumptions while working with business partners to ensure budgets are appropriate

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (MBA preferred)

Strong critical thinking skills with experience in anticipating management’s potential questions and next steps

Enhance existing analytics and reporting package to optimize the division’s inventory management capabilities

6+ years of finance or accounting experience

Provide ad-hoc financial support for the Division President, Regional Vice President, and Vice President of Finance, as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA is a plus

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Manage short- and long-term financial projects across the business

Analyze business trends to generate sales and finance forecasts

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business required; Graduate Degree in related area preferred

Professional certification (such as CPA or CFA) preferred

Minimum 5 years of related work experience

Financial experience in commodity markets and commercial transactions

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

Assist with preparation of certain aspects of monthly financial reports and related management discussion & analysis (MD&A)
