Partner with GTM leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts

Lead the development and maintenance of GTM financial models, including revenue, cost of sales, and expense models

Provide analytical insights into GTM performance, including monthly reporting and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts

Develop and monitor key performance metrics, providing insights into business trends and identifying areas of risk and opportunity

Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data

Support all long-range and annual planning activities, as well as quarterly forecasting and month-end close

Exceptional financial modeling skills utilizing best practices around data management and dimensions

Evaluate financial and operational results to better understand company performance and identify opportunities in both revenue growth and expense management

Manage and improve the corporate financial planning model, business line forecasts, and ad hoc financial analysis

6+ years of experience in FP&A at a high growth software firm, investment banking, private equity, or similar training

Skilled with revenue, margin, and expense forecasting and modeling ideally with high growth software companies

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights in high impact presentations

Manage The Row’s annual budgeting process through coordinating with senior management and finance

Work closely across business units to monitor expense forecasts and work with management on planned and unplanned spending

Work closely with senior management to update and iterate on medium-term plans

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial / operational KPI analysis and reporting for management across multiple departments

Distribute rolling actual vs budget updates to management after the finalization of each monthly consolidation

Ad hoc reporting for senior management

Strong time management and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Has experience working with government agencies, CBOs, and/or non-profits

Subject matter expertise in public health, criminal justice, mental health, substance use, early childhood, education or related area(s).

Has 2-4 years or more of full-time evaluation or similar applied research experience; Additional experience required for higher-level positions

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage with multiple project stakeholders
