Job Description

Our client is looking for a strategic FP&A Leader to support the CFO and trading organization. This key advisor will collaborate with multiple business units to lead the organization’s financial planning and analysis objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex financial analysis to support strategic initiatives like M&A and capital investments
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for monthly P&L presentations
  • Manage short- and long-term financial projects across the business
  • Oversee the compliance of all activities regarding regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Analyze business trends to generate sales and finance forecasts
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to create and implement financial strategies and initiatives for the trading organization


Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (such as CPA or CFA) preferred
  • Working knowledge of various financial, reporting, and database systems
  • Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities with minimal supervision under tight deadlines
  • Financial experience in commodity markets and commercial transactions
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business required; Graduate Degree in related area preferred
