Group Leader, Vehicle Project Management

Working Location: Nissan Research & Development Office, Bangna-Trad KM.22, Samut Prakarn, Thailand
Hiring Condition: Permanent

• Manage the program budget process and coordinate with the internal concerns to ensure project resources are applied efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Facilitate program plans, communication plans and program schedules to determine scope of work for assigned programs.
• Monitor and control program cost, schedule, performance, change control, and risk.
• Ensure that the team member operate in accordance with any procedure or standard.
• Conduct program management activities such as communicating with design team, plant, etc., in order to track program milestones and keep the focus on delivering program commitments.
• Lead and facilitate problem solving and cross functional teams to resolve any issues within area of accountability.
• Lead & coordinate multiple projects across an organization and keep Quality, Cost, Time schedule toward the project plan.
• Lead, monitors, and supervise team member to operate job achieving the target.

Qualification

• Management & Leadership skills
• Problem Solving skills, Interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience working in engineering management in multicultural environment as advantage
• Good command of English (Speaking, Writing), TOEIC 600 is advantage (optional)
• Bachelor degree or higher in engineering
• Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in project management
