The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize large, complex projects according to scheduled deadlines and within budget while meeting or exceeding projected business benefits. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of cross functional team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Senior Project Manager will work with key stakeholders (Finance, Product, IT, Operations, Marketing) and define the project’s scope/objectives and manage the project through all phases of PMO methodology and project life cycle.


Tasks in the role


  • Ensure visibility and communication on all key project metrics such as status, risks, milestones, deadlines, and critical dependencies.
  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate short-term and long-term planning activities across other functions and stakeholders (annual planning, OKRs, etc.).
  • Build cross-functional support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
  • Identify hotspots in the business that require intervention and proactively investigate, strategize, and implement solutions with business leaders.
  • Manage change control so that as potential scope changes arise to meet changing needs, they are each carefully analyzed, reviewed, and appropriately approved.
  • Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects using a combination of data, context, and business judgment to get to the right outcomes.
  • Map out the tasks needed to implement projects objectives and achieve success criteria.
  • Analyze the data relevant to any project or focus area; partner with Analytics, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams, and others to develop hypotheses and complete in-depth analyses to translate data into meaningful and actionable insights.


Who we are looking for


  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills particularly the ability to structure and define requirements in ambiguous situations. You can make decisions even with incomplete data while considering alternative scenarios.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience with large, complex operations.
  • Strategic thinker who can manage complexity and conflicting priorities; ability to identify growth opportunities, turn ideas into action, and generate outcomes.
  • Articulate and proactive doer with excellent listening and communication skills. Excellent written communication is a must-have in our hybrid working environment.
  • Experience in fast-growth SaaS technology companies.

As a Senior Project Manager on the Project and Process Management team, you will contribute the high level revenue program by managing supporting projects and working especially close with Expansion Sales leadership to gather and roadmap requirements.


You will ultimately develop complex analyses, plan and design/propose solution options, and be responsible for project success. We need someone driven to quantify the success of projects through reporting skills.
