5+ years’ experience related to standards and measurements, technology, systems and processes, and project management/consultation.

Experience includes development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program.

Obtains financial support for projects or supports this work as it relates to program management.

Leads all project and/or program management work including monitoring and tracking of progress and status update communications.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations moving while the project is implemented

Prepare high-level project reports for senior management, when appropriate

Experience creating detailed requirements, including acceptance criteria

Create documents like project plans, detailed requirements, budgets, business process design, test cases, and deployment plans

Manage the day-to-day progress of the project(s)

Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, MS word, Excel, Microsoft Project and cloud-based project management software).

Minimum 4 years experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent role in the construction industry.

Determine required resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) from start to finish with attention to budgetary requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Project Manager is regularly required to:

Plan and organize all work on the project site to ensure work is completed in accordance with the contract documents.

Salary is based on education and experience.

Utilize project management tools for task tracking, reporting status, financial tracking, and resource utilization reporting.

Project integration management, including developing project charters.

Management Information System or Computer Science Degree

Collect and analyze project requirements, define scope, create work breakdown structures, and verify and control scope of projects and budget.

Develop a staffing plan, acquire, develop, and manage the project team.
