Overview Project Human Resources Generalists are responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. They are also responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed and that all employees are treated fairly and equitably. Project Human Resources Generalists are expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of payroll systems
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
