Liaise across internal marketing functions and guide partners towards the development of compelling and strategic proposals.

Educates patients on oculo-plastic and elective cosmetic procedures and follows-up on potential candidates through database management

Maintains an in-depth and current knowledge of oculo and facial plastics

Responsible for in-service and training of staff, review staff knowledge of practice policies and procedures and makes appropriate recommendations to administration

Manage a staff of 3-5

Min. 3 years clinical experience - Essential

Ophthalmic or Oculo-plastics knowledge - Essential

Previous experience in investor relations at an alternative investments manager.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to DDQs and compliance best practices.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all DDQ responses.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and proven experience in program management

Clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management through presentations, guides, and other communications tools

Employ vetted project management tools to manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.

Develop training and coaching modules and informational sessions to internal and external stakeholders. Create and deliver educational programs for company leadership.

Minimum of (5) years of DEI in a corporate , large non-profit , or similar experience .

Excellent written , presentation, and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex information with clarity to diverse audiences

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

SAP Knowledge is a must
