Manages component risk register and enforces Program Risk Management policies and procedures.

Develops component scope, budget, and schedule for tasks under the Program Management contract.

Manages component support functional groups such as procurement, contract management, permitting, and communications.

BA/BS degree, 10+ years Program Management, Product Management, Project Management or relevant experience

Partner with internal Tools and Digital Asset Management teams to develop a process for scoping, status tracking, and archiving

Demonstrable skills and experience in mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution

Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives at scale with design and product teams

Background in establishing systems: experience developing processes where little exists, and demonstrated flexibility to get things done

Blend of digital product and marketing experience

Strong communications, customer relations, and project management skills strongly preferred.

Lead peers in the analysis of program success and communicate program achievements, opportunities, and challenges to management.

Research and identify opportunities for new value propositions and capabilities, including recommendation and execution of process improvements for the assigned program.

7 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience working in a provider organization strongly preferred.

Strong skills with contracting preferred.

Five (5) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis.

Experience in the use of project management/planning software.

Develops and manages communications and organizational change management materials for strategic programs

Bonus points for experience within high-growth tech startup.

Manages risk assessment and internal control processes specific to strategic program infrastructure

Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification.

8+ years, or equivalent experience, as a Technical Program Manager.

Experience with SaaS products related to digital or performance marketing.

Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

Experience managing multiple complex engineering projects simultaneously.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Experience overseeing the building and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure systems, preferably in AWS.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience using Construction Management or Capital Planning best practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience working in a Project Controls construction role, developing and implementing global standards, processes, and initiatives.

Experience in delivering substantial continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience creating visual communication tools to convey complex concepts.
