7+ years working experience in Manufacturing environment (Automotive preferred)

Must have 5 years of experience in a body shop operation

Maintain/manage DRP accounts; communicate changes/status updates to Region Leadership

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an auto body repair facility

Minimum two (2) years’ experience leading and developing a team

Advanced knowledge of auto body repair techniques and auto repair life cycle

Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Strong analytical skills; able to prioritize and multi-task

Body Shop management experience (preferred); automobile or heavy-duty truck (preferred)

Working knowledge of body repair methods; vehicle body repair experience (preferred)

Minimum of 3 years in body, collision, and estimating experience (or service administration experience)

Servant leader, with great communication, prioritization, sales, and conflict-resolution skills (required)

Attracts, trains, develops, and lead the Body Shop Team

Leads and schedules work assignments, provides technical assistance to team

Minimum of 5 years of experience in collision repair, with at least 2 years in a management role

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of auto insurance processes and procedures

Pay - $55k - $70k annually

Eight (8) years progressively responsible, related experience

Oversees supervisors and/or subordinate managers to include establishing priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Two (2) years in supervisory capacity.

Ensure the execution of the daily/weekly requirements of the vendor management strategies defined by SPM are met.

Responsible for the accurate management of the SAP database for matters under the control of the Virtual Shop team.

Escalates appropriate issues to Manager, Supplier Performance Manager and members of the Account Management teams as required.

Monitors subcontractor performance in coordination with relevant internal departments and Supplier Support Management group. Supports regular subcontractor performance visits & reviews.

Responsible for the operational execution of supplier repair contracts, partner warranty administration.

Ensures team is effectively managing vendor WIP and utilizing appropriate support strategies (including exchange stock) to drive on-time delivery performance.

Must have previous experience in Body Shop work and in management

Knowledge of the preparation, processing, and interpretation of repair orders

Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques (manufacturing, paint finishes)

Knowledge of new models and product improvements based on technical services bulletins, etc.

Knowledge of warranty guidelines and ability to relate warranty guidelines to warranty repair orders

Leadership skills, including organizing and planning and interpersonal skills

Previous Manager Experience is Required

Manage shop production schedule to meet pace and budget

Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

Experience developing and managing third-party vendor relationships

Strong written and communication skills

Oversee daily Body Shop activities

Auto body shop repair tech/management experience is required

Hire, manage and schedule work for body shop employees

Manage Direct Repair Programs for insurance companies.

Thorough knowledge of collision repair process including quality standards

Good leadership, computer, communication, and customer service skills

Oversee collision repairs, employees and daily body shop operations.

Minimum five years’ successful experience in management with proven history of achieving sales and business objectives; related experience within automotive/trucking industry

Excellent people management and leadership skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Utilize reporting and management tools to analyze department performance, manage expenses, and make informed decisions.

Accurately forecast monthly and annual business results; create business plan with guidance from manager and corporate finance support.

Associates degree in truck service management or other related field preferred

Program Management from concept to commission

Manages all aspects of Program Management Services

Must demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of conveyors, tooling & weld process equipment

Must be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prefer a Mechanical Engineer (BSME) that has automation and weld cell design experience with Body Shop process equipment installation projects.
