Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Confluence) is a must.

Have strong leadership and people skills to build relationships, inspire, and influence people across all levels to achieve their best work.

May coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down

Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, and ensure that their deliverables are aligned with project timelines and quality standards.

The candidate will have become familiar with the deliverables, projects and responsibilities of the role

Experience working with medium to large engineering teams, and reporting on complex technical projects from initiation to completion.

Prior experience or certification in agile ways of working & methodology

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or other related discipline

Solid analytical and communication skills with ability to engage with and influence internal stakeholders and external partners

Experience building sourcing models based on market trends and the characteristics of various categories

Experience leading and enabling project delivery for executive stakeholders

Demonstrated record of delivering proven business results through collaboration, influence and partnership with key category managers and key stakeholders

10+ years project management experience managing all phases of multifaceted IT projects with day to day project management proven expertise.

Experience with workflow management, agile tools like Jira, SmartSheets, Trello, etc.

Conducts periodic briefings/status updates to stakeholders and executive management

Experience managing projects across multiple timezones with remote resources

Budget and resource allocation management and forecasting

SAFe experience / certification a plus

Master’s Degree with 6-8 years of business experience

Business mindset, experienced in Agile Development of Digital Solutions

Good communication skills, team player, has worked in international environments

Experience in Agriculture or comparable industry is a plus.

Maintain the solution Roadmap; balance the needs of multiple customers; continuously align the solution roadmap with stakeholder and suppliers.

Who We Are Looking For

Proven experience (5 years) as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.

Strong understanding of software development practices and agile management principles.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Business operations and or financial management experience is a plus.
