- Experience in hardlines (toys/ collectibles) and/or gaming

- Systematic with an eye for detail, good critical thinking skills and ability to provide creative solutions

- Evaluating licensed products for equity fit, quality, safety, functionality, and ultimately marketability

MUST HAVE a technical background whether through education or R&D job experience.

Passion and enthusiasm for trying products on the market and testing new formulas.

Familiar with safety testing, stability, and compatibility testing of products.

Demonstrated skills with project management and knowledge of new product development lifecycle.

In partnership with the Product Development team, manage on-going formula development, reformulations, and new product innovations in the color cosmetics category.

Manage day to day communication with manufactures to initiate, follow up and track development, submissions, and documents.

Minimum 5+ years color prestige color cosmetics product development experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Partner closely with the Executive Director and Product Marketing Team, on concepting and design of new product launches.

Partner with the Product Manager by providing Operations input as the team works on a product solution

Prior experience working on regional projects, or in an international setting

Experience working with customers and/or operations teams is a must

Analytical skill set is required, programming skill set is a plus

Ensure that we create the right products and processes to move our business forward

Work closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies is a plus.
