Service orientation mindset to shape a high-quality and reliable project delivery service. Experience in a Business Operations environment is a plus.

SAP S4H (HANA) experience will also be appreciated.

- Procurement Excellence and Operations Manager

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.

Strong understanding of procurement best practices, including market analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement strategies that meet business requirements and achieve cost savings targets.

5-7 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, with a focus on the HR category.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, economics, finance, operations, engineering or a related area is required.

Build Procurement and Vendor Management Center of Excellence (CoE) to help transform procurement in accordance with Five Below’s goals and objectives.

Develop procurement and vendor management strategies for long-term growth, short-term output and execution of best practices.

MBA or other advanced degree and a professional Procurement/Supply Chain Management designation (e.g. CSCP, CPM) is desired.

Ability to present professionally to executive-level management and contract providers and vendors.

Experience managing multiple projects and/or vendors as project leader.

· Creates, delivers, and manages purchasing strategy

· Reports and manages inventory KPIs

· Experience and/or ability to lead a team that is geographically dispersed

· Experience purchasing single-source and distributed equipment
