Minimum 8-10 years of experience in transportation/supply chain and 3 years leading and managing successful transportation function.

Deep and broad logistics/transportation experience in the retail space; including Inbound, Outbound, 3PL and Pool operations.

Demonstrated experience and success developing and implementing high service/cost competitive carrier network.

Experience establishing key performance indicator metrics to benchmark/track performance.

Demonstrated ability to focus, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects under deadline.

In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Familiarity with logistics management systems, transportation management software, and data analytics tools.

Knowledge of food safety regulations, industry certifications, and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GFSI) is highly desirable.

5+ years of experience in General Management (including P&L ownership) in a relevant industry

5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting firm focused supply chain & logistics

Oversight and process improvement initiatives focused on demand planning management, manufacturing, subcontracting, materials management, supplier quality & distribution

Design, implement, execute route-based technology enhancements for Units, Accessories, and Services to simplify and evolve with business requirements shifts.

Ability to manage centralized and decentralized dispatch models for over 250 locations nationwide

10+ years of experience as head of Logistics for a publicly traded, multi-national company- route based industry preferred
