Experience working internally with marketing departments/clients/creative directors, as well as externally with agencies, vendors, talent and their representatives.

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

1+ years of industry experience as a photo retoucher or related experience

- Experience reading and writing technical documentation

Specific knowledge of and experience with Noritsu Film Processors and Scanners.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries and complaints.

Proven experience in a film lab environment, with a strong understanding of film processing and printing techniques.

Knowledge of darkroom procedures, equipment, and safety measures.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly with Noritsu equipment.

Strong communication and time management skills

Familiarity with color management in both production and post-production (including print).

Understanding of asset management practices, familiarity with DAMs

Lead all ecomm photoshoots shoots in partnership with Styling Manager, and Studio Team.

3+ years of production experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting

Degree in photography, film or relevant work experience

Experience – Videos produced may be added to portfolio/reel

Execute studio production needs including video, photography, set build and design, as directed by Studio Production Specialist

Shoot and edit product video and photo, as well as events and b-roll as needed.

Video editing, audio recording, sound design and mix, motion graphics and color grading.

Ensure completion of projects on time and on budget.

Ensure graphics are consistent with brand guidelines as well as adherence of video style guidelines.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Able to lift up to 30 pounds in order to perform studio management and shoot production responsibilities.

Manage product sample inventory and collaborate with Product Developers to ensure sample accuracy.

Work alongside the Photography Manager to set schedules, maintain budgets, cast talent, and book offsite locations.

Experience working in a studio setting and styling product photography.

Experience with bartending and food/beverage styling is a plus.

Experience as a leader with team management in a creatively driven agency, internal photo production team, or studio.

Project management practices have been demonstrated in prior roles. Problem solving and ingenuity is an important part of this role.
