Job Description

DAP is in search of a proactive and talented Video & Photo Production Intern to support DAP’s evolving content needs and the growth of our new, in-house video and photography studio. In this integral role, you will work with the Studio Production Specialist to generate media content on behalf of marketing, brand, communications, and sales initiatives. This intern will collaborate and work alongside the Studio Team, Creative Designers, Brand & Digital Teams and Product Managers to achieve desired end results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflows for all mediums and aspects of post-production: color correction, sound design and mix, music sourcing and licensing and possibly VO casting/record.
  • Execute studio production needs including video, photography, set build and design, as directed by Studio Production Specialist
  • Ensure completion of projects on time and on budget.
  • Ensure graphics are consistent with brand guidelines as well as adherence of video style guidelines.
  • Shoot and edit product video and photo, as well as events and b-roll as needed.
  • Video editing, audio recording, sound design and mix, motion graphics and color grading.

Program Features

  • Length – Minimum of 75 hours
  • Intern Projects – Interns will have various roles in shooting, editing and organizing assets across multiple video projects
  • Mentorship – Interns will work directly with Mentor who will provide insight and feedback
  • Experience – Videos produced may be added to portfolio/reel
  • This is a PAID Internship with the opportunity to work more than the required 75 hours

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Must submit Portfolio/Reel highlighting previous work
  • Actively enrolled in Video/Film major, Junior or Senior Year
  • Familiarity with camera, lighting, audio equipment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud
