We’re looking for a Production Artist to join the Team! As a member of the FORMA team, you will digitally produce complex apparel from high- and medium-quality photos using proprietary in-house tools (Prometheus/Web tool) that enable high-quality digital try-ons. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with the Forma team to ensure produced clothing is high quality and up to standard for our partnerships and users.

What you’ll do

- Digitally ‘produce’ apparel via photo retouching software

- Add appropriate metadata to categorize and describe items

- Communicate bugs to Computer vision and engineering teams of problems with tools and software

- Manage own workflow with guidance from supervisor

- Produce good quality content in an efficient manner

- Flexibility to new, often unstructured requests and testing new software from Forma team

Required Skills

- Photo retouching skills and knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Gimp

- Knows and understands the various styles of fashion and can categorize and label clothes in these styles

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment

- Strong prioritization skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Required Education

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

Required Years of Experience

1+ years of industry experience as a photo retoucher or related experience

Desired Skills

- Experience reading and writing technical documentation

- Intermediate English or higher
