Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

Manage regular reporting on initiatives to business partners and executive management

Engage with third-party technology providers to understand their offerings and execute NDA's as needed

Manage updates to Innovation website and idea submission prioritization

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services product, marketing, research, customer experience or technology

Emerging end-to-end generalist problem solving skills (problem definition, quantitative and qualitative analysis, analyzing data, interpreting industry research)

Plus an addition 5 years' experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing Operations Management experience)

Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.
