4 - 6 years of R&D and Operations Experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Prefer major in Chemical Engineering or Food Process Engineering.

Has had leadership experience in a big scale project.

Working knowledge in IIM and RCA (root cause analysis).

Process development and/or process deployment ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods environment

Leading project teams and influencing cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree and experience in software development and technical quality assurance.

Experience in Performance analysis, debugging activities, diagnostics

Experience in performance test results, identifying potential bottlenecks, and recommending appropriate tuning of applications.

At least 8 years of experience as a tester.

Analyze and design performance test scenarios based on load patterns on a production system, Production application, and network layout.

Demonstrated relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated knowledge or experience in food or beverage manufacturing process

Support Procurement Category Managers on commercialization on scale-up innovations.

Execute the supplier selection process by Identifying and developing suppliers capable of delivering products that meet or exceed KHC requirements

Execute the external innovation strategy development and deployment for KHC’s ADI pipeline.

Participate in Design-to-Value workstreams as the procurement representative.
