Overview People Ops Coordinator is a role that is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks. The People Ops Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The People Ops Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks. The People Ops Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The People Ops Coordinator will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all HR processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes

• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
