Payroll And Accounting Administrator Jobs in Iowa

Research payroll, garnishments, tax inquiries for our employees, managers, and business partners.

2+ years of prior accounting and payroll administration experience.

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with, Salesforce, Sage 300, and Avalara are a plus, but not required.

Process bi-weekly payroll, quarterly bonus payrolls, and calculate monthly commissions in a timely manner.

Maintain compliance within payroll to ensure audit integrity.

Manage payroll operations for all of our locations including but not limited to US, Estonia, Canada, and other countries

5+ years experience processing payroll

Experience supporting an organization of 400+ employees across multiple states and countries

Undergraduate Degree in Math, Accounting or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software (Justworks, Rise, Remote.com, Netsuite)

Strong Knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

1-4 years of accounting and payroll experience

Payroll processing and reconciliation experience. ADP/Namely proficiency is a huge plus

Proficiency in MS Office/G Suite and accounting packages, specifically experience in NetSuite

Knowledge of GAAP, including preparation of audited GAAP financial statements

Prior tax experience, such as reviewing and/or preparing tax returns, is a plus

Strong organizational skills and ability to set and meet deadlines in a high paced environment

Abacus Expense or other expense management systems experience is a plus
