Strong, proven technical project/program management skills, including project definition, identifying required resources, monitoring deliverables, partner management, progress reporting and tracking.

Run the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, including contract administration, compliance monitoring, change management, and dispute resolution.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract management framework, including processes, policies, and tools, to streamline contract creation, execution, and renewal.

Track and report on contract performance, key achievements, deliverables, and financial aspects, providing regular updates to management and relevant partners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.

Have legal knowledge of contracts to help push through key items through the finish line.

10+ years of general accounting management

Manage accounts payable, receivable, budgeting, planning, financial reporting and general ledger activities

Manage audit process with external auditors and tax professionals

10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a FinTech, Payments, e-commerce, or marketplace startups

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills, with ability to take initiative and build strong, positive relationships

You will lead all aspects of the newly formed Payments program to help Upside process Users’ payments through the app

Build and update the appropriate documentation and/or reporting to maintain alignment across all partners (e.g., PRDs, Product Roadmap, etc.)

Coordinate and run sound experiments to test and validate hypotheses

7+ years of product leadership inclusive of growing product teams

To be considered, you MUST:

Experience with Payment / Point of Sale Hardware Lifecycle Management

Partners with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities necessary to meet short and long-term business needs

Manages and coordinates strategic direction for staff

8-10 years of relevant work experience

Proficient in leading at a Sr. Manager level or above within a fast-paced, multi-division, national company

Proficient in utilizing deep market and industry knowledge for a related portfolio segment or domain to achieve strategic objectives

6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a FinTech, Payments, e-commerce, or marketplace startups

Develop a strategy to embeds our Payments capabilities and experiences throughout the Upside platform

Translate product strategy into technical requirements and collaborate with a dedicated engineering team to bring the product to life

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, positive relationships

Experience partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, sales, marketing, operations, and data scientists to deliver outstanding products

Simplify the payments processes while also reducing costs and risks
