5+ years of management experience

4+ years of payer enrollment experience, including group and individual applications with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and managed care health plans

Payor contracting and/or revenue cycle experience

2+ years of management experience

Lead and develop a team of Payer Enrollment Leads. Help your direct reports grow their skills via mentorship, 1:1s, and reviews.

In depth understanding of different financial and management reporting principles

Transformation support for core finance leadership related to integration and optimization of systems, process and organizational structure

Five (5) or more years of experience in community-based organization, Healthcare and/or Managed Care experience preferred.

Three (3) or more years’ experience working with payer customers and strong client communication skills.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, healthcare delivery, public policy, or a related field is required.

Prior relevant work experience focused on SDoH and Health Disparities or population health.

Strong communication skills; ability to present information in a concise manner to multiple organizational levels, including c-suite executives.

Lead and conduct business process and gap analysis to diagnose process improvement opportunities and to develop re-usable solutions.

Established perspectives on large organization leadership, communications, and change management

Experience delivering highly complex enterprise solutions with demanding reliability requirements

Experience delivering solutions with very complicated interoperability and regulatory requirements

10+ years leadership experience of commercial enterprise software engineers with organizations larger than 50 people

Advanced knowledge of systems architecture and application architecture practices

Advanced knowledge of effective agile practices for large engineering organizations
