Payer Partnerships Associate Jobs in Iowa

Manage Educational Partnerships Coordinators and other assigned staff, providing project management for enrollment and student support logistics.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Responsible for supervision of staff in educational partnerships assigned to enrollment and student support processes and activities.

Collaborates on solutions-oriented improvements with high school partners and Academic Success and Student Success

Provide training and engagement activities for staff, faculty and administrators on dual credit processes and student support strategies.

Completes required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.

Act as a coach and mentor to junior staff, rapidly developing their skills and knowledge through an apprenticeship-based development model

Contribute to firm initiatives focused on talent (e.g., recruiting, training), knowledge (e.g., IP development, white papers) and other core areas

Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development

Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Strong people leader, adept at managing team’s work while developing colleagues’ capabilities

Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Provide support on commodity pricing, contracting, and a variety of sales process and account management tasks

Manage full cycle for a subset of opportunities/renewals

Manage account and pipeline information in our internal salesforce.com platform as well as client-specific supplier portals

Corporate sustainability, renewable energy, carbon credit, and/or environmental commodities experience preferred

Prior experience collaborating effectively with a wide range of internal corporate cross-functional departments

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
