Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities
Leadership skills in motivation and teamwork to complete daily production requirements for bake shop
Candidates must possess (or be able to complete within 6 months) ServSafe Food Handler certification
Individuals with 1 year experience in a bake shop, restaurant, or hotel pastry position is preferred but not required.
Decorating and Piping skills are required for this role.
The Hershey’s Pastry Cook will provide prompt and courteous service to Hershey’s Chocolate World guests

What is Pastry Prep Cook Responsibilities?

-Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods -Follow recipes accurately and consistently -Ensure quality of finished products -Maintain a clean and organized work area -Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards -Assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed
