10+ years’ work experience addressing organizational change management projects for federal agencies
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred
Support the establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO) to guide the transition from SROC.
Support the management of communications between ASPR, SROC and other stakeholders (including the Service and Supply Fund Board).
5+ years’ work experience in federal human capital/human resource operations
