BRM Portfolio Manager, OCM & Deployments

· Experience in modeling business processes and defining business data models is required.

This is a 90 day contract to hire opportunity.

100% onsite in Columbus, OH or Novi, MI.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Develop and maintain Change Management framework, guidance, standards, and best practices.

Educate/embed a Change Management culture mindset is an essential element of performance and growth.

Coach sponsors, people Leaders, Project Managers, and team members in Change Management practices.

Partner with Project Management to integrate Change Management activities into project plans/initiatives.

Approach Change Management as an art and science with proven methodologies to drive behavior change.

Demonstrated expertise in change management methods and tools, process improvement/redesign, organizational design, and learning & development.

Preferred 2+ years of Experience and CCMP, Prosci, CMI or equivalent certification

Proven experience in organizational development/effectiveness, including diagnoses, solution design, and execution

Experience consulting to senior leaders on organizational development issues

Experience creating and executing large-scale interventions and change programs that systematically drive change and deliver measurable results

Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, strategic, and analytical skills
