Job Description
Job Summary


Provides change management facilitation support for a large, complex organization with many stakeholder groups.


Position Responsibilities


  • Plan and conduct stakeholder facilitation sessions to identify motivations and risks, assess barriers and impacts, and resolve conflicts
  • Coordinate schedule based on the needs of the client
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and measure the impact of changes on the stakeholder groups
  • Extrapolate and communicate information to client clearly, concisely, and on schedule
  • Conceptualize, recommend, plan, and facilitate collaborative sessions across the organization to collect data on change challenges or opportunities faced by each stakeholder group
  • Support Executive Leadership in identifying requirements, challenges, and associated solutions for large-scale organizational change
  • Support planning and execution of strategic organizational change initiatives to ensure business continuity and minimize negative impact to operations and personnel
  • Mentor client leadership and change agents to ensure stakeholder perspectives are well understood and considered in the change process


Job Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel
  • Clearance: Able to obtain a Tier 2 Public Trust investigation
  • Experience: 6-8 years of related experience; Demonstrated experience with organizational change management methodologies. Significant experience with facilitating/coordinating cross-functional teams to prepare for, manage, and execute successful changes.

  • Positive attitude – demonstrates an ultimate desire to fulfill organizational objectives by complete customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrates active listening skills; works well in a team environment as a team member and mentor to across all levels of the organization
