Conduct day-to-day administrative transactional processes in HR Management system (UKG/UltiPro)

Generalist HR responsibilities including baseline employee support, data and reporting.

Responsible for managing end to end People Operations processes, service offerings, key objectives and deliverables to meet employee and business expectations.

Manage internal investigations, LOA and employee relations.

Integrate, consolidate and drive the development of relevant policies, procedures, and laws while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Implement a People Assist platform or ticketing system.

·Advises managers and supervisors regarding appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

·At least three years of human resources experience preferred.

·SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

·Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

3+ years of experience working in a HR functional area including, but not limited to change management, benefits, and employee relations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with all levels within an organization for effective stakeholder management.

Serve as the subject matter expert on LOA and accommodation regulations, providing guidance and advice to HR, management, and employees.

Manage complex LOA and accommodation case management, including Workers' Compensation, FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.

Analyze LOA and accommodation trends and provide regular reports to HR and management.
