· Minimum 5-10 years of hotel management experience as a GM or Director of Operations.

· Oversee all hotel operations, including guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance, expense management, and productivity.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the hotel management team.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly.

· Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

· Knowledge of the local Santa Monica market (strongly preferred)

Manage and maintain all necessary permits, NOIs, AORs, and other regulatory requirements.

Extensive knowledge and experience in oil and gas production, including cyclic steam and steam flood operations.

Experience in managing and maintaining permits, NOIs, AORs, and other regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Manage and control budgets for production facilities, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Implement and manage cyclic steam and steam flood operations.

Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.

Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in marine construction is required (Dredging, Pile Driving and Concrete Wharf / Pier experience etc.)

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a VP of Construction or similar role within the construction industry.
