Duties include, but not limited to:

Administrative Duties: Assist in Registration, Evaluations, Scheduling, Field Lining, Camps, Tournaments, Youth and Adult Leagues, and Sponsorships.

Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management

Intermediate to expert Excel skills.

Strong project management methodology background, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management experience

Project Management – lead projects on time, within budget & scope, and to customer’s satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering, engineering management, communications, organization behavior, organization development or similar fields. 

Define business needs and requirements and translate into concrete project plans and detailed client proposals

Manage project economics including: track project budgets, create and deliver invoices, and manage collection process

Coach and manage other consultants and actively participate in the performance expectation process

Provide Reliability Engineering and Constraint management coaching and implementation.

Continuously increase interpersonal capacity by mentoring and developing managers and associates to increase efficiency and reduce waste and loss.

6+ years or more in manufacturing with experience in varying leadership roles

Experience in leading organizational change in a manufacturing environment

Experience Owning an organization in a TPM or Lean Environment

Experience in TPM or Lean implementation

Analyze and ticket events based on alarms and/or automated systems which includes knowledge of IVR and correlations.
