Safety Certification and Training Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, Ariba or equivalent CMS, and other procurement technologies

Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions.

3-5 years of procurement related experience in the energy industry with sourcing, negotiations, and contracting.

Meeting Management: Manage organization/team meetings, including agendas, draft presentation decks, action items and accountability, and meeting notes.

5+ years experience as an admin, with 2+ years experience supporting a VP or Director level executive.

Experience with core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination etc.).

Administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment.

Execute expense management activities with direct guidance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Administrative experience in a high-tech and/or international environment.

Experience managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Facilitate and ease communication between Americas management team and Finance team based in Paris

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and minimum 4+ years FP&A experience (SAAS / E-commerce / Retail is ideal)

Act as primary finance partner to the Marketing, People and additional G&A functions

Master's degree in Finance or related field required

Solid decision making and problem-solving skills

Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Minimum seven years prior Finance experience

Understand the scope, areas of work, and contractual requirements included in construction contracts being executed and pursued by the Operating Group.

Collaborate with corporate Finance groups to ensure GAAP compliance.

Federal contracting experience including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and CAS compliance preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP applications

Construction industry exposure preferred, particularly knowledge of the percentage of completion accounting and construction contract terms

Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.

1-2 Years of account management experience.

Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Category Management, or Payments teams as required to resolve issues and questions.

Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.

Implementation of robust performance management processes and leadership reviews in conjunction with the broader Reservations organization

Leads and mentors a team of managers, analysts and specialists assigned to the management team

Integration of partners into the broader Reservations culture to ensure partners are aligned with customer quality, performance requirements and approach

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Understanding of all specialties (Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Urology, Surgical Oncology, etc.)

Be a subject matter expert (SME) on all RCM process and integration with all vendors.

Create action plans for remediation of any identified issues.

Host and coordinate monthly & quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all the vendors.

Monitor vendors performance measurements, and present outcomes to RCM senior leadership on a weekly/ monthly basis.

Obtain data and information required by staff to execute contracted services. Ensure procurement of data for operations.
