Prior experience in Procurement and options data management is a plus.

2-3 years home builders experience, preferably in design studio and or options purchasing.

Prior experience in Real Estate industry preferred, ideally in Residential Homebuilding.

Prior Envision Experience is ideal.

Strong computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.

Oversee our Marketplace business and team to manage and execute off-site trading performance

University degree or equivalent work experience required.

10 + years’ experience within eCommerce and/or digital, 5+ years’ experience leading teams, 5+ years’ experience in online merchandising.

Strong business acumen and analytical abilities with focus on delivering insight that drive business improvements and outcomes.

Experience managing budgets, vendor partnerships and negotiating contracts.

Demonstrated ability to manage subordinates, work with internal colleagues, and manage external vendors through a positive, collaborative, and transparent inter-personal approach.

BA/BS in business or related field plus six-ten years merchandise/operations manager experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.

Reviews profit and loss statements every period and submits report on period results to management; develops other recaps as needed.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Report Management and Distribution System (RMDS), Dallas

Minimum 5-7 years of Fashion or Luxury buying experience

Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic thinking skills; able to translate great merchandise content into bottom line profit

Proven business strategy, planning, analytical, complex problem -solving and negotiation skills.

Partners with Omni Marketing Manager on Annual/Quarterly planning (AOP)

Paid Media & Digital Commerce experience.

Knowledge of SEO, Digital merchandising and digital marketing required.

Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills.

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.

Responsible for creating a site activations and experiences that delivers on the brand’s creative vision while also meeting financial KPIs.

Partner with Digital Product Manager to recommend site and usability enhancements.

Manage website KPIs including conversion, bounce rate, exit rate, abandoned carts, etc.

Manage Online Merchandising team and ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and are adhering to approved budgets and standards.

7+ years of buying, planning or digital retail merchandising experience.
