Onboarding Project Coordinator Jobs in Illinois

Supports onboarding activities including, background screenings, verification of new hire documents while ensuring the new hire's positive onboarding experience.

Offers technical support to applicants with the applicant tracking systems and other internal transfer related inquires.

A minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience required, preferably in Human Resources.

Manages projects, while maintain current caseload.

Strong writing and proofreading skills; attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Accountable for high volume, fast paced effective pre-hire activities from time of acceptance to day 1 new hire orientation.

Three to five years of relevant work experience

Thorough knowledge of Onboarding philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems

Advanced knowledge of products and services

Proven customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
