Onboarding Project Coordinator Jobs in Florida

1+ years of experience of relationship management - including internal and external clients/stakeholders to demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service.

Strong time management skills - able to handle 150-250 emails in a daily basis.

Perform on-boarding, maintenance and offboarding activities for the Non-Employee Management System (NEMS).

Understand and ensure compliance against company policies regarding non-employee management.

Follow documented processes regarding non-employee management.

Previous financial services/banking/onboarding/staffing industry and vendor management systems.

Following up with customers on their onboarding experience.

1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience required.

1-2 years of professional work experience is strongly preferred.

High organizational skills and diligent project managing. Ability to multitask on customer projects and deliverables.

Finalizing sales documents for new customers.

Populating onboarding schedules for new customers by coordinating with department leads.

Responsibilities of the Onboarding Coordinator:

- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely onboarding of new employees

- Proven experience with high-volume onboarding

- Experience using UKG a PLUS or similar HR onboarding platform

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
