4 years of experience in strategy planning, business case development, project/program management, budgeting, or team management.

Project or Supply Chain Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CLTD, CSCP, CPIM).

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or project management.

Experience in supply chain finance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience managing warehouse logistics, 3PL partnerships, and supply chain operations.

Carrying out transport order management tasks in compliance with Neste principles and processes

Self-leading way and responsibility of giving operational guidance (compliance etc.) to commercial operations, trader, sales/supply manager and supply chain management

Experience implementing and improving standard operating procedures is preferred

Minimum 8 years’ experience in warehouse management or transportation, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Secure sufficient storage and delivery capacity with third-party logistics, build up flexibility to meet business requirement and contingency

Work closely with compliance, quality and EHS team to ensure suppliers understand and comply with company's standards and business continuity requirements

Good knowledge on SAP system

Maintain good relationship with internal and external customers, understand customer needs and define proper process to meet customer request

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Logistics, Engineering, or related field

8-10 years' transportation and logistics experience, focused on trucking, customs operations, and international freight management.

In-depth knowledge of warehouse management and logistics operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics management or a relevant field.

Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with trucking companies, brokers, and logistics partners.

Strong leadership skills and track record of achieving operational objectives.

Proficiency in transportation and logistics software and technology; SAP knowledge is preferred.
