Knowledge / Skills / Proficiencies:

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in engaging with the community and in internal contexts.

Five or more years of senior management experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Manage and lead the Finance Director who serves as the staff accountant and the organization’s Endowment.

Be a channel of communication with senior management and direct reports.

High level of business acumen, including successful P & L management and data analysis.

Work collaboratively and creatively with the Chief Advancement Officer.

• Complex calendar management and ability pivot as needed

• 3-5 years of experience in a direct administrative support role, ideally executive level

• Exceptional communication skills over both phone and email

• Experience handling several overlapping and urgent tasks at once

Hybrid position. 3 days onsite, 2 wfh. Great location in Boston!

• Provide high level meeting and Board communication support

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

Prior experience with geriatrics preferred

Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility

Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate quality activity programs (includes entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and education)

Effectively manage and operate within budget

Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment

7+ more years of experience working in a lead role for in the nonprofit /philanthropy space

Able to balance multiple projects and tasks and manage multiple team members daily tasks

Manage the implementation and administration of all of current programs and initiatives, with a focus on maximum impact and continuous improvement

REQUIRED Bachelor's from an accredited university with strong academics and a minimum 3.5 GPA; Master's degree is preferred

Ensuring distributors have adequate forecasting processes in place to manage distributor inventories

3+ years sales experience required, experience within the consumer product industry preferred

Knowledge of three-tiered distribution system preferred
