Supervise and evaluate management staff.

Starting at $133,502- $147,502 per year, with actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role.

At least 3 years’ experience in program development within the mental health field or child welfare.

Supervisory experience that includes managing all aspects of personnel.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Strong networking and relationship management skills

Write proposals, reports, and acknowledgments, and manage other donor stewardship

10+ years of experience in successful individual giving/major gift fundraising

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a must)

Experience working with foundations, researching, and identifying prospective donors and writing grant proposals

Experience managing grant reports and managing deadlines

Insure that all Public Areas meet the standards of cleanliness determined by property management.

Ability to work autonomously and interact with all levels of management.

Carry out other duties as assigned by Management or otherwise delegated

Insure the proper execution of the General Manager's level standards of service.

Ensure compliance with all code and permit requirements.

Possess a working knowledge of all department and company policies and procedures and Rules of Conduct and must enforce the same.

Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy

Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices

Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department or sub-functions

Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment

Negotiates and influences the opinions of others at the senior executive level and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience

Ensures that the utilization of all material and financial resources is carried out in an effective manner.
