Do you have your Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of non-profit or philanthropy experience as a Program Director? This role will be managing our multi-million dollar foundation alongside the Foundation's Senior Program Director. Ideal candidates will be sharp, entrepreneurial-spirited with a project management mentality. ** Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED. Position will require a 2-year commitment. We have returned to the office full-time and require proof of vaccination. **

Job Details

Is your background a fit?

• Able to balance multiple projects and tasks and manage multiple team members daily tasks
• Entrepreneurial spirit and great attitude
• Able to travel up to 20% and flexible to work some evenings and weekends
• 7+ more years of experience working in a lead role for in the nonprofit /philanthropy space
• REQUIRED Bachelor's from an accredited university with strong academics and a minimum 3.5 GPA; Master's degree is preferred
• Excellent Excel skills
• Must be able to commit a minimum of two years to the position and work an average of 50 hours per week

What will you be doing

• Build relationships with non-profit leaders, research partners, and university administrators
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration amongst research partners at different sites in our multi-site research studies
• Develop current and new community partnerships for the implementation our donations program
• Oversee the organization of multiple conferences and events hosted in conjunction with our major initiatives
• Manage the implementation and administration of all of current programs and initiatives, with a focus on maximum impact and continuous improvement
• Assist in the vetting process for developing new partnerships and possible grant recipients
