• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitoring residents’ health and safety
• Responding to residents’ needs in a timely and professional manner
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in residents’ condition
• Following safety protocols and procedures
