Serve as main point of contact for all program staff in region, with direct reports of Market Development Managers (MDMs).

Ensure all staff members are properly trained on product features and benefits

Offer solutions to program ‘growing pains’.

Experience as a sales manager and leading a sales team

Lead the activity and commercial development of a determined geographical area (multi-brand and multi-offer area).

High analytical and organizational skills

Excellent communication and influencing skills
