4-7 years of sales, account management, customer success or relationship/partner management experience.

Conduct financial analysis for ZPAs to understand client’s business operations and offer feedback

Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred

Experience in SAAS/PAAS, real estate media, advertising and/or marketplace-based businesses preferred.

Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention

Coach on lead conversion strategies, establish a relationship built on mutual trust, and drive adoption of Zillow Group services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Required Education, Certifications and Work-Related Experience

• 8-10 Years’ experience in the retail industry

• 3-5 years as a people manager, leading operations of multiple retail stores.

• Teaches and develops direct reports on business and process, balancing both functional and strategic expectations.

• Responsible for building a talent pipeline for the future growth of the company.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role in the retail or food distribution industry.

Experience managing Retail Accounts nationally and / or regionally is a plus.

Strong knowledge of the USA food retail industry.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Coordinate, attend, and manage trade shows.

The role and the responsibilities:

Must have prior experience in National Retail account Management.

5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the retail industry.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the disposable tableware industry is a plus.
