6 months service industry experience

1-3 years relevant property management experience required

Assist with coordination of work orders, fulfillment of resident needs, and facilitate communication to the maintenance staff and/or management as necessary

Assist manager in marketing efforts, to include outreach, preferred employer programs, networking and social media campaigns.

Be attentive to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork

Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail

Basic leasing knowledge - including Fair Housing Laws

Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

Greets and tours prospective residents, explain qualifications and qualify all prospective residents, and prepare and maintain all leasing files.

High School or GED (General Education Diploma)

Previous leasing experience a plus

Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset

Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plus

Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

Previous leasing experience a plus

Conducts initial, annual, and interim certifications of income, and assets of applicants and residents in compliance with HUD guidelines.

Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and all community policies.

Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques.

Knowledge of Fair Housing Standards

Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.

Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of Community Manager.

Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
