1+ year experience in multi-family residential property management

Knowledge and expertise of the Fair Housing laws and guidelines. Experience applying local state laws to Fair Housing as needed

Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.

Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and additional marketing opportunities.

Demonstrate proficiency with general community, market and policy knowledge.

Great communication & interpersonal skills with a diverse population

Prioritize interactions and communication with customers. Provide community and amenity tours.

Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Approve, enter and present all rental applications to the General Manager for execution

Manage property licenses and the renewal process by liaison with legal counsel and the City

First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain

Computer skills and math ability

Knowledge of Entrata is preferred

Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

Greets and tours prospective residents, explain qualifications and qualify all prospective residents, and prepare and maintain all leasing files.

High School or GED (General Education Diploma)

Previous leasing experience a plus

Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset

Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plus
