A National Property Management Company is seeking to hire a Leasing Consultant.

Assist in the lease renewal process performing duties as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.

Ideal candidate will have previous apartment industry experience.

Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Knowledge of Yardi software is a plus.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Deliver highly effective in-person and virtual sales presentations to current and prospective customers, displaying extensive curriculum and product knowledge.

Develop proposals and deliver presentations at national education conferences, webinars and internal events.

Be familiar with the fire alarm system operations and report all incidents to management.

Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.

Submit processed applications to the Property Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status.

Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties and competitors.

High School Diploma with two years of leasing experience.

Position requires excellent leasing and closing skills, and the person must have computer skills and be organized.

Interviews prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.

At least 2 years of sales experience required.

Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.

Inspects condition of premises periodically and arranges for necessary maintenance.

Makes recommendations on various methods of advertising to generate traffic.

Other duties may be assigned.

High School or GED (General Education Diploma)

Previous leasing experience a plus

Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset

Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plus

Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred)

Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs

Sales and customer service experience (preferred)

Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” property

Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention

Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members

At least 3 years of experience in the field of gender and development, preferably in the Asia-Pacific region

Experiences in the issues of women peace and security in the context of ASEAN regional inter-governmental process is an advantage

Proven experience facilitating high-level consultative workshops for ASEAN government representatives, dialogue partners, institutions, and civil society organisations (CSOs) in Southeast Asia

Knowledge of the Southeast Asia context related to WPS.

Previous work experience working with high-level government officials in ASEAN would be a strong asset

Letter of Interest containing the statement on candidate’s experience in the field of recruitment

Demonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects.

Strong focus on the customer and previous sales experience required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships

A skilled problem solver and self-motivated individual

Be attentive to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork

Compensation: depends on experience, hourly wage range is $15.15 to $18.71 per hour plus monthy target bonus plus benefits
